Your Session Is A Three Step Process

Step 1

 The initial visit is a period for you and I to get to know each other and discuss your emotional discomforts. Usually we discuss about fifteen minutes before your session begins.

Step 2

A 75 Minute Energy Bodywork session fully dressed will begin.  The session will consist of a gentle light pressure on your head and body.

Step 3

After your treatment, we will discuss how you feel. As with any energy-balancing therapy, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water throughout the day. This allows your body matter of flushing away any toxins that surfaced during the treatment. You may notice subtle changes in your body as it adjusts to a healthier balance, these shifts are normal.
