Anxiety disorders are solvable problems, but when you experience one, you may find it hard to overcome. The reason is that, while you have the ability to recover, anxiety literally tricks you into using methods that maintain, rather than remove, your fears and symptoms. It’s almost as if you’ve been sabotaged, using methods that make things worse even though you try so hard to help yourself!

This is the most natural thing in the world. Anxiety often feels like something that has invaded your life, and most people will try to resist and oppose it. However, the worst problems come from our efforts to resist and remove anxiety, rather than from the anxiety itself.

At Healthy You Therapy, I am fully committed to help people with all types of anxiety disorders. I strive to get to know you as an individual and understand your problems throughout the recovery process. You will work directly with me in order to stabilize your anxiety issues in preparation for long term recovery. Healthy You Therapy offers energybody work treatments focusing on your unique life circumstances while providing the utmost dignity and respect.

You will probably also want to know how long treatment will take. What I tell new patients is that, while I can’t immediately predict how long their particular situation will require, I do expect that they will have a gut feeling that we are moving in the right direction within the first month of weekly sessions.

We want to make it as easy as possible for individuals find time to schedule an appointment. Healthy You Therapy offers appointments 5 days a week, with the latest appointment of the day being 7:00 PM.
